By creating an account or using the HOA Invest website/app/portal (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18+ and authorized to act for a community association/corporation (an "Association"). You represent you have authority to bind the Association and that your use complies with governing documents, required approvals, and applicable laws.
The Platform provides administrative and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, balances/transactions, statements, reporting, document storage, and integrations).
Not legal/tax advice. Investment results are not guaranteed.
Advisory services are separate. If investment advisory services are provided, they are provided only under a separate written Investment Advisory Agreement and required disclosures by the responsible registered investment adviser ("RIA").
Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Association assets may be held at third-party custodians/banks (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity). HOA Invest is not a bank and does not hold customer deposits.
Data availability and timeliness may depend on third parties and their systems.
You consent to receive communications electronically (email, in-app, and text where enabled). You agree that electronic records and signatures may be legally valid where permitted.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, fraud, or nonpayment (if applicable).
The Platform may display data received from custodians, banks, accounting systems, and other providers. While we aim for reliability, data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing information for your Association's needs.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted or emailed. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
